Little Creatures at our Feet

Currently Stephanie and Nathan are in Phnom Penh getting his cast off. So if this letter looks different it's because I'm trying to do it and keep Alyssa alive by myself. Send any help you can! Nathan broke his leg on some play ground equipment, so I got him an orange cat to keep him company. Also, because Steph needed one more little creature constantly at her feet.

Nathan at the Zoo in Thailand

This is Nathan's Cat. NOT that other one.

Alyssa carried the cat into the bedroom to show mommy with a big grin and got quite a surprised reaction. (Like it had been a cow instead)

Alyssa visiting a new baby in the neighborhood

Steph has been enjoying mowing our back yard for exercise. Alyssa says, "Me too!"

Here are some ladies more tickled to see white kids and take our picture than watch the game.

Here are some neighbor kids on our couch. They love reading! The sisters are Sohanan and Notiuty (Note-I-U-T) and the boy is... definitely here because Sohanan is here. His name is Patrey.

A Facebook post from a Muslim friend showing the exact angle of arms and hands required for prayers

This is the daughter of a Muslim teacher we have befriended with her tiny boy. She is alone without help most of the time as her parents work in another area of the country and her husband works in Malaysia. She has done sewing projects for us and never wants to take money.

We love you all! Pray we will improve the well-being of the Great River People's life in tangible ways and their hearts will be opened to give us the opportunity to share the greatest possible improvement to their well-being--which is to know and follow Jesus.

Thank you so much for the update and pictures! It was so good to get the news about Soty's wife Vari too! We will pray the Holy Spirit continues to work on her heart. The children are growing fast and so cute.

We would love for you to come up to our church this summer. Bring you mom too and plan on staying with us.

We know your work is not easy, but your reward will be rich in heaven! Thank you for your sacrifice. "He that goeth forth with weeping bearing precious seed, will doubtless come again rejoicing, bring his sheaves with him.." (Psalms 126:6)

God bless you abundantly! We love you, Pat & Gary
